Make sure there’s enough room for the tables, dance floor, bars and other amenities, plus a little elbow room for the guests.

What items are included in the basic room rental?

Some places offer you only the site, you may need to rent the amenities. Other places may offer you everything from the silver to the cake.

Be sure to inclusions are listed on your estimate, so you don’t have any surprises.

What about additional service fees?

Typical extras might include cutting your cake,
uncorking your furnished champagne, and
valet parking.

What restrictions are there?

You may not be able to set up early or stay late or use candles in your centerpieces. Ask before you make any final decisions.
